Burning Man 2024 Bikes
Burning Man Bikes On-Site Sales
We have a selection of bikes available for purchase when you arrive in Reno. These are first come, first served as long as supplies last. In the past 10 years we have never run out of bikes, though, so if friends also need a bike, come by and see us. These bikes are $80, and are the same basic quality as those we reserve, but no promises about availability. When we run out depends on how many people come in. Reservations are closed for 2024
Bike reservations for 2024 are $80 per bike. We reserve 300 or more cruisers or mountain bikes (fat tires, but guaranteed one speed, one brake) now, and then have a selection of additional bikes for walk-in customers from $80 up. Your PayPal receipt is your confirmation, so print it out and bring it with you when you come to pick up your bike(s). |

All reserved bikes need to be picked up at our shop at 5305 Mill Street. You can give your receipt to someone else to have them pick up your bike for you, but you need to have it to get your bike. Once reservations are closed, we will no longer make refunds, but you can arrange to sell the reservation to someone else. We are far too small to police your transactions, but please don’t reserve bikes and plan to resell them for profit. YOU (or your designee who has your paypal receipt) CAN ONLY PICK UP A BIKE YOU HAVE RESERVED AT OUR SHOP IN RENO. We don't deliver to the playa, and we can’t deliver to other locations in Reno. When you come in to the shop to pick up your bike(s) you'll see why! We're all volunteers and we're often swamped. Note the pickup location for this year is 5305 Mill St., Reno.
We will have a limited selection of additional bikes at our shop for walk-in customers from $80 and up.

Burning Man Bike Returns
We ask that you return your bike after the Burn to us at the shop so we can refurbish and recycle it for next year! You have purchased the bike, so you don’t need to return it to us, however if you return or recycle it somewhere else, we can’t reuse it and we won’t be able to reserve as many bikes the next year…. Your help is crucial!!!! And PLEASE don’t leave it on the playa. We reopen with extended hours for drop-off Sunday through Thursday. If we’re not here, there’s a bike rack out front where you can leave your bike.
We can also take unopened and non-perishable food items for the food pantry.
